Sheriff J. Paul Parker The Department consists of 145 full-time personnel who are ready to serve the citizens of Sutter County. Please take some time to browse the website to learn about the programs, personnel and services the Sheriff's Department has to offer. I also recommend that you review our Mission Statement as it is the backbone to everything we do as a full-service agency.

We are always open to comments and suggestion about our service delivery. Please feel free to contact us at anytime with your ideas. We are always open to hear about any complaint you may have as well. Please be assured that we take those complaints seriously and we will thoroughly investigate them, correcting any problems that need to be addressed.

My staff and I look forward to meeting with you at community events and town hall meetings. Please attend one in your area so that we may further the cooperative partnership between the community and the Sheriff's Department, with the common goal to make Sutter County a safe community in which to live, work and raise a family.
