Inmate Commissary

Sutter County Jail has established and maintains a commissary program for the inmates to purchase candy, crackers, soups, personal hygiene supplies, some medical supplies, postage and writing materials. The jail commissary program is currently offered using the Keefe Commissary Company for supply purposes.

Prices of the articles offered for sale at the store are fixed by Keefe Commissary and the Sheriff Office. Any money paid by inmates from the sale of these items is deposited in the Jail Welfare Fund Account.
