Details
On 11-22-06, Keng, Xao and friends went fishing at the Sutter Bypass. Shots were fired
at the five companions from an undetermined source. Keng and Xao were fatally wounded and
pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sheriff's Department is asking the public for assistance from anyone who may have
information regarding this case or who may have been in the area of the Sutter Bypass at
Highway 20.
We are interested in a brown or tan SUV similar to a Nissan Pathfinder or a Toyota 4Runner
which was seen nearby. A group of five or six Asian males were reported to be fishing the Bypass
with the aforementioned vehicle.
